Our client is calling for qualified Trainers with a preferred minimum experience of two years. The main role will involve preparing and conducting training and development programs to improve individual performance in a classroom based setting.
-Knowledge of principles and methods for training design, training and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
-Knowledge of the structure and content of the Maltese and English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
-Selecting and using training/instructional styles and methods appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
-Giving full attention to what the trainees are saying, and taking time to understand the points being made.
-Talking to others to convey information effectively.
-Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and the trainees to make improvements or take corrective action.
Main tasks involved:
-Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
-Remaining active in obtaining information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
Tools and Technology to be used:
-Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and familiar with using Projectors.
