Customer Service Representative (1021 views)

Creditinfo Malta is looking to employ a Customer Care Representative.

  • Product Knowledge:

Be familiar with the product knowledge to be able to sell the product to the target audience

  • Client Knowledge

Be familiar with target audience in terms of their capabilities and understand their needs in terms of products that should be promoted and sold to them

  • Representations

Represent company in public, private and one to one meetings, conferences and workshops as agreed and portraying a professional image and attitude.

  • Upsellling

Upselling of value added services to target audience within the portfolio and get customers to use the product to ensure they renew and buy extra products through their service lifecycle

  • Sales Process

Follow sales processes as outlined by Country Manager with each client.

  • Sales Targets

Renewal rate of 85% of allotted audience
Growth in up sales by 10%

  • Taking Over of clients

Taking over of new clients after 3 months from sales executive and manage their service lifecycle within agreed targets.


Must be able to work under pressure.

Must be willing to use own car – petrol allowance will be provided.


EXPERIENCE: Experience in Credit and Financial Sector

WORKING HOURS: Mon to Fri Office Hours

SALARY - Base (Per Annum): Basic Salary plus Commission

PERKS: Petrol Allowance
